Kom dan onze bezwaarschriftencommissie sociaal domein versterken. Met ingang van 1 januari 2027 zoeken wij een nieuw commissielid. Wat ga je doen? De onafhankelijke bezwaarschriftencommissie adviseert het college van burgemeester en wethouders van de gemeente Almelo over bezwaarschriften die zijn ingediend tegen genomen besluiten. De commissie behandelt bezwaarschriften binnen het Sociaal Domein. Het gaat daarbij om bezwaarschriften op grond van de Participatiewet, de Wmo 2015, de Jeugdwet en aanverwante wet- en regelgeving. De hoorzittingen vinden één keer per twee weken plaats op maandag van 16:00 uur tot maximaal 19:30 uur (meestal zijn we eerder klaar, afhankelijk van het aantal zaken) in het gemeentehuis van Almelo. In de loop van 2027 zullen we de hoorzittingen met één uur vervroegen. De voorbereiding doen we digitaal, dat wil zeggen dat we de dossiers klaarzetten in een systeem waar je met je eigen device toegang toe hebt. De leden rouleren, waardoor je niet elke keer aanwezig hoeft te zijn. De benoeming geldt voor een periode van vier jaar met de mogelijkheid tot eenmalige herbenoeming. Het team - Wat bieden wij?
