Dit doen we samen met onze bewoners en hun naasten. Daarom hebben wij een cliëntenraad, zowel lokaal op onze locaties als organisatie breed in de Centrale Clientenraad. Jouw mening telt. Vind jij het interessant om mee te denken over onderwerpen die ertoe doen, denk aan kwaliteit van zorg, informatievoorziening of eten en drinken? Wij zijn regelmatig op zoek naar nieuwe leden! Heb je interesse? We maken graag kennis met je! Wat doet een cliëntenraad? Een cliëntenraad behartigt de belangen van bewoners en cliënten. We hebben het over actuele onderwerpen die spelen, zoals: - Kwaliteit van zorg - Eten en drinken - Informatievoorziening - Verandering in beleid Soms breng je zelf onderwerpen in, soms geef je advies. Als lid van een cliëntenraad lees je stukken, stel je kritische vragen en ga je in gesprek met managers of de Raad van Bestuur over het onderwerp. Centrale cliëntenraad of lokale raad? Wat past je beter? De verschillen op een rij: Lokale cliëntenraden (LCR) zijn verbonden aan een specifieke locatie en denken mee over wat daar speelt in het dagelijks leven van bewoners en cliënten. Er is ook een cliëntenraad specifiek voor de wijkverpleging. Komen onderwerpen op meerdere locaties voor? Dan komen deze ook bij de Centrale raad op tafel. De Centrale Cliëntenraad (CCR) denkt mee over organisatie breed beleid en adviseert de Raad van Bestuur. Zij geven gevraagd en ongevraagd advies. De CCR wordt in specifieke gevallen ook om instemming gevraagd van beleidsvoornemens van de Raad van Bestuur. Als lid van de CCR kunt u ook aansluiten bij vergaderingen van de lokale raad.
