Werken bij Actief Zorg Lid Cliëntenraad MBO3-4 Tot 15-12-2026 12 oktober 2026 - vac-5284 Lid Cliëntenraad Tilburg MBO3-4 € 80 euro - € per 4 weken Tot 15-12-2026 Wat ga je doen? Als lid van de Cliëntenraad denk en praat je mee over onderwerpen die van invloed zijn op cliënten. Je brengt ervaringen en signalen in, bekijkt ontwikkelingen vanuit het perspectief van de cliënt en geeft samen met de andere leden advies aan Actief Zorg. De Cliëntenraad vergadert één keer per maand op maandag in Tilburg. Een vergadering duurt ongeveer 2 uur. Vier keer per jaar is er overleg met het bestuur. Daarnaast neem je vooraf de vergaderstukken door. Wie zoeken we? We zoeken betrokken mensen die het cliëntperspectief goed kunnen vertegenwoordigen. Volgens het medezeggenschapsreglement kunnen leden van de Cliëntenraad zijn: - cliënten van Actief Zorg; - ex-cliënten, tot maximaal één jaar na beëindiging van de zorg; - vertegenwoordigers of mantelzorgers van (ex-)cliënten; - personen met specialistische kennis van de ouderenzorg. Affiniteit met of ervaring in de zorg is gewenst. Je kunt goed luisteren, kritisch en respectvol meedenken en verschillende belangen afwegen. Je neemt onafhankelijk deel aan de Cliëntenraad en hebt geen belangen die strijdig zijn met die van de raad. Interesse of vragen?
