Lid Cliëntenraad Wat betekent een besluit voor de patiënt? Die vraag staat centraal in het werk van de Cliëntenraad. Goede zorg draait namelijk niet alleen om medische kwaliteit, maar ook om wat patiënten en hun naasten nodig hebben, ervaren en belangrijk vinden. De Cliëntenraad brengt dit perspectief in bij belangrijke ontwikkelingen en besluiten binnen het Albert Schweitzer ziekenhuis. De raad behartigt de gemeenschappelijke belangen van patiënten en adviseert de Raad van Bestuur en het Medisch Specialisten Bestuur gevraagd en ongevraagd over onderwerpen als kwaliteit, veiligheid, gastvrijheid, voorzieningen en beleid. Per 1 januari 2027 zoeken we een nieuw lid dat zich in deze onderwerpen wil verdiepen en met een kritische en betrokken blik wil bijdragen. Wat ga je doen? Als lid van de Cliëntenraad denk en adviseer je mee over onderwerpen die patiënten en hun naasten aangaan. Dat kan gaan over praktische, alledaagse zaken, maar ook over strategie en beleid of de benoeming van bestuurders en toezichthouders. Een belangrijk onderdeel van het werk is het lezen en beoordelen van beleidsstukken. Samen met de andere leden bespreek je wat plannen en besluiten betekenen voor patiënten en hun naasten. Je weegt verschillende belangen af en draagt bij aan een goed onderbouwd advies. Wat breng je mee? Voor deze rol zoeken we iemand die betrokken is bij goede zorg en zich actief wil inzetten voor patiënten en hun naasten. Je kijkt kritisch en onafhankelijk naar vraagstukken, verdiept je graag in verschillende onderwerpen en staat open voor de ideeën en perspectieven van anderen. Daarnaast: - kun je de belangrijkste punten uit beleidsstukken halen en je standpunt goed onderbouwen; - ben je constructief, coöperatief en opbouwend kritisch; - ben je circa twaalf uur per maand beschikbaar, soms ook overdag, voor onder meer vergaderingen, bijeenkomsten en deelname aan werk- en klankbordgroepen; - woon je in het verzorgingsgebied van het zie...
