Werken bij Pantein Lid Cliëntenraad Zorgcentra Wat ga je doen? Praat je graag met bewoners en/of hun familieleden over hun ervaringen met de zorg in het zorgcentrum? En vind jij het leuk om mee te denken over beleid dat bewoners rechtstreeks raakt? Zoals kwaliteit en veiligheid, hygiëne, voeding, activiteiten en welzijnsbevordering en huisvesting. Word dan lid van onze cliëntenraad; we kunnen je inzet goed gebruiken! Als lid van de cliëntenraad lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de behartiging van de gemeenschappelijke belangen van bewoners van zowel Symfonie, Hof van Loon als de Orangerie. Je richt je in deze functie op zorgcentrum Symfonie in Boxmeer. Wat vragen we van jou? - Je kunt vanuit het algemeen cliëntperspectief denken en handelen; - Je kunt beleidsstukken lezen en hierover een mening vormen; - Je bent communicatief vaardig en kan actief naar de ander luisteren; - Je bent digitaal vaardig; - Je gaat zorgvuldig met vertrouwelijke informatie om; - Je woont in de regio van Boxmeer; - Bij aanstelling dien je (gratis) een VOG (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag) aan te vragen.
