Wil jij meedenken over onze zorgverlening? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! OVER ONZE CLIËNTENRAAD Bij 4mb vinden we het belangrijk dat (oud)cliënten kunnen meedenken over de zorg, dienstverlening en organisatie. De cliëntenraad is een laagdrempelige manier waarop (oud)cliënten en ouders van cliënten hun ervaringen, ideeën en aandachtspunten kunnen delen en invloed kunnen uitoefenen. We willen dat de raad een plek is waar je makkelijk kunt aansluiten, ook als je nog geen ervaring hebt met medezeggenschap. Je hoeft geen deskundige te zijn: je eigen ervaring als cliënt staat centraal. WAT GA JE DOEN? Als lid van de cliëntenraad vergader je ongeveer 5 keer per jaar, altijd op donderdag van 16.30-17.30 uur. In principe vergaderen we 3 keer per jaar op locatie Roosendaal en twee keer online, maar volledig online aansluiten is ook een mogelijkheid. De cliëntenraad behartigt de gemeenschappelijke belangen van cliënten. Het panel kan gevraagd en ongevraagd onderwerpen bespreken en voorstellen doen. ✓ meedenken over kwaliteit en veiligheid van zorg; ✓ meedenken over toegankelijkheid, bejegening en cliëntgerichtheid; ✓ meepraten over beleid en ontwikkelingen die cliënten raken; ✓ ervaringen van cliënten verzamelen en terugbrengen naar 4mb; ✓ gevraagd en ongevraagd advies geven; ✓ gebruikmaken van de wettelijke advies- en instemmingsrechten van de cliëntenraad; ✓ signaleren wat goed gaat en wat beter kan; ✓ volgen wat 4mb met adviezen en signalen doet. OVER 4mb 4mb is een vooruitstrevend Zelfstandig Behandelcentrum met locaties in Roosendaal, Etten-Leur, Breda en Oudenbosch /West-Brabant. Wij begeleiden kinderen, jongeren en volwassenen in de Basisen Specialistische GGZ. Onze aanpak? Zorg op maat: zo licht als mogelijk, zo intensief als nodig. INTERESSE?
