Lid Cliëntenraad Denk mee over een betere jeugdbescherming in Friesland Wil jij je inzetten voor kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen in Friesland? Vind je het belangrijk dat hun ervaringen en ideeën worden gehoord? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou. De cliëntenraad van Jeugd- en Gezinsbescherming Friesland zoekt nieuwe vrijwillige leden . Mensen die vanuit hun eigen ervaring óf vanuit maatschappelijke betrokkenheid met ons willen meedenken over hoe we onze hulp en dienstverlening kunnen verbeteren. Wat doet de cliëntenraad? De cliëntenraad vertegenwoordigt de stem van cliënten van Jeugd- en Gezinsbescherming Friesland. We bespreken signalen en ervaringen van cliënten, kijken naar uitkomsten van tevredenheidsonderzoeken en denken mee over plannen en ontwikkelingen binnen de organisatie. Vanuit die informatie bepaalt de cliëntenraad welke onderwerpen extra aandacht verdienen. Daarover geven we advies aan de directie. Soms omdat de directie ons d aarom vraagt, maar ook op eigen initiatief. Wat ga je doen? Als lid van de cliëntenraad: - praat en denk je mee over onderwerpen die belangrijk zijn voor kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen; - breng je ervaringen en signalen van cliënten onder de aandacht; - denk je mee over wat er binnen Jeugd- en Gezinsbescherming beter kan; - geef je samen met de andere leden advies aan de directie; - help je om de stem van cliënten binnen onze organisatie zo goed mogelijk te laten horen; - kun je meedenken over of helpen bij bijeenkomsten voor cliënten. Wie zoeken we? Je hoeft geen expert te zijn. We vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je betrokken bent en graag wilt bijdragen. Misschien heb je zelf ervaring met jeugdbescherming of jeugdreclassering, bijvoorbeeld als cliënt, ouder of voormalig cliënt. Maar dat hoeft niet. Ook als je vanuit je werk, vrijwilligerswerk of persoonlijke interesse betrokken bent bij wat er in de samenleving speelt, nodigen we je van harte uit om te reageren. We zoeken mensen die graag luist...
