The posting

Landelijk opereren 25 RAVs, één per veiligheidsregio. Binnen branchevereniging AZN werken alle RAVs samen aan een landelijk optimaal functionerende ambulancezorg. Een RAV wordt gevormd door een meldkamer (MKA) en een rijdienst(diverse soorten ambulances). Regio IJsselland is de provincie Overijssel met uitzondering van Twente. Het hoofdkantoor bevindt zich in Zwolle. De meldkamer bevindt zich in Apeldoorn als onderdeel van de Meldkamer Oost Nederland (MON) waar politie, brandweer en ambulancezorg gezamenlijk hun meldkamerfuncties hebben. Ambulancezorg wordt aangestuurd vanuit de meldkamer en aangeboden vanuit 12 ambulanceposten verspreid over de regio. Samen zorgen meldkamer en rijdienst voor een optimale dekking van het gebied en inzet van ambulancezorg. Ambulance IJsselland voldoet aan alle kwaliteitseisen waaronder de benodigde certificering en is financieel gezond. De organisatie kent een platte structuur en stimuleert zelfredzaamheid. Verantwoordelijkheden en regelruimte worden waar mogelijk zo laag mogelijk in de organisatie gelegd. Korte lijnen, een goede samenwerking en balans tussen uitvoerende zorgprofessionals, ondersteunende staf en management helpen daarbij. Wat doet de cliëntenraad? De cliëntenraad is een medezeggenschapsorgaan dat is ingesteld op basis van de Wet Medezeggenschap Cliënten Zorginstellingen. De raad stelt zich ten doel om in de breedste zin van het woord de belangen te behartigen van (potentiële) cliënten. Dit doet zij onder andere door de bestuurder te adviseren over de door Ambulance IJsselland benoemde (beleids-)plannen en activiteiten. De cliëntenraad bestaat uit drie tot vijf leden en wordt gefaciliteerd door Ambulance IJsselland. De cliëntenraad ziet toe op het belang van (potentiële) cliënten inzake: • Bereikbaarheid, spreiding en toegankelijkheid van de zorg; • Kwaliteit van behandeling/zorgverlening/triage: de juiste zorg op de juiste tijd en plaats; • Ambulancezorg als schakel in de keten acu...
