Word lid van de interne bezwarencommissie (IBC) en maak direct impact binnen onze organisatie! Wat ga je doen Als lid van de IBC speel je een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van een eerlijke en transparante besluitvorming binnen onze organisatie. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: - het beoordelen van bezwaren vanuit alle relevante perspectieven, met behoud van een integere, onafhankelijke en transparante procedure; - het bijdragen aan het opstellen van onafhankelijk advies aan de raad van bestuur, inclusief aanbevelingen voor verbetering van beleid, communicatie en organisatieprocessen; - het optreden als plaatsvervangend voorzitter en leidinggeven aan de bezwaarprocedure, inclusief hoorzittingen, indien noodzakelijk; - het deelnemen aan het jaarlijkse overleg met de commissieleden en de raad van bestuur; - het volgen van de cursus professioneel werken als IBC. Samen aan de slag Wij vinden het belangrijk dat medewerkers zich gehoord en gewaardeerd voelen. Toch kan het voorkomen dat iemand ontevreden is over de FWG-indeling van een functie. Lukt het niet om dit in overleg met de leidinggevende op te lossen, dan biedt de IBC een onafhankelijke plek om een bezwaar hierover voor te leggen. De commissie behandelt elk bezwaar over de FWG zorgvuldig en adviseert de raad van bestuur. De commissie werkt volgens het reglement conform de CAO GGZ (1 januari - 31 juli 2026) en wordt ondersteund door een ambtelijk secretaris.
