Bemiddeling kan dus uitkomst bieden. Als lid van het kernteam Bemiddeling en als planner zorg jij ervoor dat de bemiddelaars van het bemiddelingsnetwerk hun job kunnen doen. Je bezigheden Bemiddeling binnen Scouting bestaat al heel lang. In 2019 hebben we een netwerk van bemiddelaars gevormd en een kernteam dat hen ondersteunt en begeleidt. Er zijn veel verschillende zaken die het kernteam doet, waaronder het: - bekendheid geven aan het netwerk (bijvoorbeeld op landelijke en regionale bijeenkomsten); - werven van potentiële bemiddelaars; - organiseren van de netwerkbijeenkomsten voor de bemiddelaars en geïnteresseerden; - geven van workshops bemiddeling en communicatie; - verdelen van de binnengekomen casussen; - zijn van klankbord voor bemiddelaars die dat zoeken; - organiseren van (regionale-) intervisiebijeenkomsten van bemiddelaars; - analyseren van informatie uit evaluaties; - meedenken over de toekomst van bemiddelen binnen Scouting; - bepalen van de route voor de toekomst. Het kernteam heeft één planner waar aanvragen tot bemiddeling binnenkomen en verdeeld worden. Dit wordt jouw functie. Je bagage Affiniteit met bemiddelen is een must en ervaring met het plannen van vrijwilligers is een pré. Een doorgewinterde bemiddelaar hoef je echter niet te zijn. Het is vooral belangrijk dat je bereid bent je te verdiepen in het vak bemiddelen en hoe we dat binnen Scouting aanpakken.
