Zij helpt cliënten persoonlijke dromen te realiseren en het leven in te vullen zoals zij dit zelf willen, dicht bij huis en samen met mensen die belangrijk voor hen zijn. 's Heeren Loo biedt lichte zorg waar het kan, en (tijdelijk) complexe en intensieve zorg met een interdisciplinaire ondersteuning en 24-uurs opvang op woonlocaties als dat nodig is. Daarnaast biedt 's Heeren Loo speciaal voortgezet onderwijs aan, voor leerlingen met leer- en gedragsproblemen. De missie, visie en kernwaarden zijn de vaste bakens bij haar handelen. De samenwerking in de driehoek cliënt - zorgprofessional - verwant vormt het kloppend hart van de 's Heeren Loo organisatie. Vanuit dit ankerpunt bouwt zij haar zorg en ondersteuning op. Iedereen binnen 's Heeren Loo draagt hier op zijn/haar eigen manier een steentje aan bij. De koers is belangrijk voor iedereen binnen 's Heeren Loo. Het is een verhaal waarvan zij samen, door alle lagen van de organisatie heen hebben gezegd: zo willen we zijn, zo willen we ondersteuning bieden en zo willen we met elkaar samenwerken en van elkaar leren. In 'de Koers' doet zij drie beloftes: De organisatie kent verder een Shared Service Center, het Expertisecentrum Advisium en een aantal ondersteunende concernafdelingen waaronder Finance & Control, Vastgoed, Marketing & Communicatie, ICT en HRM en De Academie en telt een totale omzet van € 1,3 miljard.
