Voor de Raad van Commissarissen van Wonen Limburg zijn wij op zoek naar een maatschappelijk betrokken commissaris met financiële kennis van de sector Als RvC-lid draag je bij aan een organisatie met grote maatschappelijke impact, die verder kijkt dan stenen en woningen alleen. Wonen Limburg wil dat mensen zich thuis voelen - in hun huis, hun buurt én in de samenleving. Dat vraagt om een scherpe maatschappelijke blik, een langetermijnperspectief en het vermogen om verschillende belangen met elkaar te verbinden. Voor dit profiel zoeken wij bij voorkeur een kandidaat die: - financiële kennis heeft en op strategisch niveau kan denken; - ervaring heeft in de woningcorporatiesector ; - beschikt over brede maatschappelijke betrokkenheid , affiniteit heeft met de volkshuisvestelijke opgave en in staat is financiële afwegingen te verbinden aan maatschappelijke waarde; - het samenspel tussen bestuur en RvC begrijpt; - in staat is om de financiële ratio's van de corporatie te beoordelen; - inzicht heeft in interne beheersings- en controlesystemen om risico's tijdig te signaleren; - het vermogen heeft om projecten kritisch te toetsen op financiële haalbaarheid en maatschappelijk rendement; - kennis heeft van de waardering van corporatievastgoed en hierover de juiste vragen kan en durft te stellen; - affiniteit heeft met digitalisering en begrijpt hoe dit invloed heeft op de bedrijfsvoering van de corporatie; - op deze onderdelen een stevig en constructief klankbord kan zijn voor het bestuur; - vanuit collegialiteit en vertrouwen kan samenwerken en ruimte biedt aan verschillende perspectieven.
