Het focusgebied van Mooiland is de regio Noordoost-Brabant, Gennep, Nijmegen, Arnhem en Apeldoorn. Met bijna 300 collega's werkt Mooiland aan het bieden van een betaalbaar, kwalitatief goed en duurzaam thuis voor mensen die daarin niet zelf kunnen voorzien. Mooiland is een corporatie die herkenbaar, aanspreekbaar en bereikbaar is voor bewoners en samenwerkingspartners. Een corporatie die weet wat er speelt, met oog voor sociale vraagstukken en leefbare wijken. De raad van commissarissen (RvC) van Mooiland heeft Berenschot gevraagd de werving van een nieuw RvC-lid te begeleiden. We zoeken een maatschappelijk betrokken toezichthouder met een stevige achtergrond in de volkshuisvesting en bij voorkeur ook affiniteit heeft met digitalisering en AI. Iemand die weet wat er speelt in de sector, zicht heeft op de recente trends en ontwikkelingen, en een waardevolle gesprekspartner is voor zowel de bestuurder als de raad. De RvC van Mooiland bestaat uit vijf leden. De raad houdt toezicht op de algemene gang van zaken en beoordeelt of Mooiland haar maatschappelijke en volkshuisvestelijke taak uitvoert zonder dat de financiële continuïteit in gevaar komt.
