Als lid van onze Raad van Toezicht help je mee om zorg van betekenis te blijven bieden, vanuit onze kernwaarden: verbinding, vertrouwen en vakmanschap. Wat ga je doen? Als lid van de Raad van Toezicht houd je toezicht op het beleid van de Raad van Bestuur en de algemene gang van zaken binnen SWZ zorg. Je bent daarnaast een onafhankelijke, nieuwsgierige en constructieve sparringpartner en draagt bij aan de werkgeversrol van de raad. Je kijkt vanuit de maatschappelijke opdracht van SWZ zorg en weegt belangen van cliënten, medewerkers en andere betrokkenen zorgvuldig mee. Binnen de Raad van Toezicht neem je zitting in de auditcommissie. Hier heb je een verdiepende rol op het gebied van financiën, risicobeheersing en bedrijfsvoering. Vanuit jouw expertise: - Houd je toezicht op strategie, prestaties en continuïteit; - Beoordeel je de financiële positie en de belangrijkste risico's; - Zie je toe op de kwaliteit van bedrijfsvoering, interne beheersing en naleving van wet- en regelgeving; - Lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de reflectie en ontwikkeling van de Raad van Toezicht. Binnen de auditcommissie: - Verdiep je je in financiële vraagstukken en risicobeheersing; - Bereid je besluitvorming van de RvT voor; - Onderhoud je contact met de accountant en de interne controlefunctie; Houd je toezicht op: - Financiële verslaglegging - Interne controlesystemen - ICT en dataveiligheid - Vastgoedbeleid en investeringen Je werkt in een team van toezichthouders met verschillende achtergronden, in een open en constructieve samenwerking met de Raad van Bestuur, cliëntenraad en ondernemingsraad.
