Dit doen we in de vorm van persoonlijke zorg voor ouderen in Twente met complexe zorgvragen, in of in de directe nabijheid van onze locaties. We werken samen vanuit Teams voor Persoonlijke Zorg met naasten, cliënten, 2.500 medewerkers, 1.600 vrijwilligers en samenwerkingspartners. In onze sfeervolle locaties en bij mensen thuis bieden wij ouderen en chronisch zieken onder andere verpleging, verzorging, begeleiding en behandeling in de gemeenten Almelo, Borne, Hengelo, Tubbergen en Twenterand. Onder de coöperatieve werkwijze van TMZ verstaan we een diepgaande manier van samenwerken tussen alle direct betrokkenen in de dagelijkse leefwereld: de cliënten, de naasten, de vrijwilligers en de medewerkers. De relatie tussen hen kenmerkt zich door openheid en vertrouwen. Er is een gevoel van 'ik sta er niet alleen voor, maar we doen het samen'.
