Doordat wij met onze zorg alles inzetten zodat onze cliënten mee kunnen doen in de maatschappij. Dáar doen we het voor! Dit doen wij zowel binnen onze audiologische zorg als voor de Vroegbehandeling. Pento Vroegbehandeling biedt multidisciplinaire behandeling aan kinderen met een ernstige auditieve en/of communicatieve beperking en hun gezin (en de omgeving) waarin zij opgroeien. Pento vind je op verschillende locaties in Noord-, Oost- en Midden-Nederland. Bij Pento werken ruim 400 toegewijde collega's. De jaaromzet bedraagt ruim 30 miljoen euro. In de sector Audiologie is Pento een grote speler. In de sector Vroegbehandeling heeft Pento een klein, maar significant aandeel. Er is een eenhoofdige Raad van Bestuur. De Raad van Toezicht bestaat uit 5 leden en kent drie commissies: Kwaliteit & Veiligheid, Finance & Control en Governance & Remuneratie. De Raad kenmerkt zich als open en positief kritisch in de onderlinge samenwerking en een goed evenwicht tussen betrokkenheid en bestuurlijke afstand. In januari en juli 2027 ontstaan vacatures vanwege het aflopen van de zittingstermijn van twee van de huidige leden. Daarom zoekt Pento 2 leden Raad van Toezicht Gezien de aanwezige expertise in de Raad van Toezicht gaat de voorkeur uit naar één lid met aandachtsgebied kwaliteit en veiligheid en één lid met aandachtsgebied financiën en bedrijfsvoering. Voor beide functies geldt een generiek functieprofiel dat verbonden is met het integraal toezicht houden op het behalen van de doelstellingen van Pento.
