Schaffelaartheater: Lid Raad van Toezicht Het Schaffelaartheater in Barneveld zoekt een Lid Raad van Toezicht voor circa 6 vergaderingen per jaar | Vacature voor een Nevenfunctie, Onbezoldigd | Sluitingsdatum: geen Het Schaffelaartheater is hét culturele hart van Barneveld. Jaarlijks ontvangen wij bijna 110.000 bezoekers bij ruim 550 activiteiten. Wij bieden een professioneel podium voor landelijke artiesten, participatie en educatie én zijn een thuisbasis voor lokale verenigingen, scholen en amateurkunst. Daarmee vervullen wij een brede culturele en maatschappelijke rol in de regio. Raad van Toezicht Stichting Schaffelaar Theater Barneveld exploiteert het Schaffelaartheater en werkt sinds oktober 2025 volgens het Raad van Toezichtmodel. De Raad van Toezicht bestaat uit vijf leden en vervult vier rollen: toezichthouder, klankbord, werkgever en ambassadeur. De Raad ziet toe op de financiële en strategische koers, de maatschappelijke positie en de algemene gang van zaken binnen de stichting. Daarnaast adviseert zij de directeur-bestuurder en vertegenwoordigt zij de organisatie in de samenleving. Onafhankelijkheid, kritische reflectie en maatschappelijke betrokkenheid zijn kernwaarden. De stichting onderschrijft de Governance Code Cultuur, de Fair Practice Code en de Code Diversiteit & Inclusie. Lid Raad van Toezicht circa 6 vergaderingen per jaar De Raad van Toezicht bestaat uit vijf leden, met ieder een eigen expertisegebied: cultureel & artistiek, financieel & HRM, ondernemerschap & bedrijfsvoering, sociaal & maatschappelijk en finance. Vanwege het einde van de termijn van één van onze toezichthouders zijn we op zoek naar een nieuw lid met het profiel sociaal & maatschappelijk. We zoeken bij voorkeur een ervaren toezichthouder die stevig geworteld is in de lokale en maatschappelijke omgeving.
