De missie is helder: ieder kind een kansrijk en liefdevol thuis. De Rading werkt in integrale teams dicht bij gezinnen, onder andere in Eemland, Foodvalley, Lekstroom, Utrecht-West, Zuidoost-Utrecht, Gooi en Vechtstreek, Midden-Holland en Noord-Veluwe. Vier kernwaarden geven richting aan het werk: verbinding, gelijkheid, ontwikkeling en onvoorwaardelijkheid. De meerjarenstrategie 2025-2029, 'Samen vooruit en samen sterk', zet in op samen bewegen met de samenleving, gezinsgericht werken, van complex naar eenvoud en gezonde financiën. De raad van toezicht De raad van toezicht bestaat uit vijf leden, inclusief de voorzitter, en houdt integraal toezicht op de bestuurder en de algemene gang van zaken. De raad van toezicht van de Rading vindt het bij haar rol horen om een actief netwerk te onderhouden, kennis en kunde uit te wisselen en op de hoogte te blijven van ontwikkelingen in de sector. Ook hecht de RvT aan de betrokkenheid van medezeggenschaps- en adviesorganen bij het beleid en de ontwikkelingen binnen De Rading. De raad zorgt daarvoor door open te zijn over zijn werkwijze en besluitvorming en door regelmatig contact te onderhouden met de medezeggenschaps- en adviesorganen, zowel als gehele raad als via individuele leden. Minimaal eenmaal per jaar spreekt de raad met een afvaardiging van de pleegouderraad, de cliëntenraad en de ondernemingsraad. Door het vertrek van een lid zoekt De Rading ...
