Stichting 'Ieder kind telt' zoekt per 1 januari 2027 een nieuw lid van de Raad van Toezicht met deskundigheid op het gebied van onderwijs en kwaliteit. De Raad van Toezicht bestaat uit vijf leden, waaronder een voorzitter, en draagt zorg voor het toezicht op de kwaliteit, continuïteit en verantwoording van Stichting 'Ieder kind telt'. De Raad werkt waardegedreven en onafhankelijk. De Raad van Toezicht kent een toezichthoudende, adviserende, werkgevers- en netwerkrol (ambassadeursrol) richting de bestuurder. Daarnaast heeft de Raad statutair een aantal goedkeuringsbevoegdheden. Bij de invulling van het toezicht werken wij volgens de principes van de Governancecode funderend onderwijs. Profiel Voor de Raad van Toezicht zoeken wij een kandidaat met deskundigheid en ervaring op het gebied van onderwijs en kwaliteit. Iemand die vanuit een onafhankelijke positie, betrokkenheid en een brede blik wil bijdragen aan bijzonder goed onderwijs en de verdere ontwikkeling van Stichting 'Ieder kind telt'. Interesse?
