Functieomschrijving Bij de uitoefening van hun activiteiten richten de toezichthouders zich naar het belang van de organisatie en zien kritisch toe of er optimaal wordt gepresteerd in goede afstemming met leerlingen, ouders, de gemeenten binnen het verzorgingsgebied van de stichting, het samenwerkingsverband en andere stakeholders. De eisen die aan de organisatie worden gesteld, zijn hoog. De samenleving en de overheid zijn kritische partners als het gaat om de kwaliteit en kwantiteit van de output van de organisatie. Dat vraagt om professionele toezichthouders. Als voornaamste rol houd je toezicht op onderwijs en kwaliteit en naleving van afgesproken beleid. Je hebt ervaring met een toezichthoudend orgaan (bijvoorbeeld als toezichthouder of bestuurder). Je beschikt over voldoende beschikbare tijd om diverse bijeenkomsten bij te wonen (zoals een studiedag, GMR-bijeenkomsten en andere activiteiten). Ook heb je verbinding met de regio. Functie-eisen De raad van toezicht op zoek naar een lid op het gebied van onderwijs en kwaliteit, met daarbij de volgende wensen en eisen. Je: - hebt kennis van onderwijs en van primair onderwijs in het bijzonder; - hebt een warm hart voor christelijk onderwijs; - kunt evenwicht bewaren in betrokkenheid en bestuurlijke afstand; - kent de basisprincipes van goed toezicht, de vier kernrollen van toezicht en van relevante governancecodes; - volgt relevante maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen en kunt die vervolgens adequaat vertalen ten behoeve van CBO Zeist; - hebt een visie op toezicht en het belang ervan; - bent in staat te verbinden met interne en externe stakeholders en duurzame relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden; - beschikt over een relevant netwerk en bent in staat dat te verbinden met interne en externe stakeholders; - kunt met het best...
