Daarnaast biedt Livio thuiszorg. De organisatie richt zich vooral op ouderenzorg, maar ondersteunt ook cliënten met psychogeriatrische aandoeningen of lichamelijke beperkingen. Missie & Visie Livio wil bijdragen aan prettig leven, met als uitgangspunt dat mensen zo lang mogelijk op hun eigen manier thuis kunnen wonen. De zorg sluit daarom aan bij wat iemand zelf kan, bij de kracht van het eigen netwerk en bij wat er in de buurt beschikbaar is. Niet overnemen, maar versterken. Met zorgzones brengt Livio zorg, ondersteuning en ontmoeting samen in de wijk. Samen met ketenpartners werkt Livio aan vitale buurten waarin ouderen zich thuis voelen en actief betrokken blijven. Wanneer thuis wonen niet meer mogelijk is, biedt het verpleeghuis een veilige, warme omgeving die past bij iemands leven, wensen en eigenheid. De zorg van morgen vraagt om samenwerking, vernieuwing en scherpe keuzes. Livio wil daarom intensief samenwerken met cliënten, naasten, medewerkers, vrijwilligers en ketenpartners.
