Lid Raad van toezicht 22 september 2026 In het kort Stichting Alerimus (hierna: Alerimus), een unieke zorgorganisatie voor ouderen in de Hoeksche Waard, zoekt een lid raad van toezicht met de portefeuilles kwaliteit & veiligheid, mens & organisatie en duurzaamheid. Een integere professional die vanuit een kritisch-onafhankelijke houding samen met de collega-toezichthouders de bestuurder ondersteunt en adviseert bij het maken én realiseren van belangrijke strategische keuzes. Een bevlogen toezichthouder die zich betrokken voelt bij de ouderenzorg en die haar of zijn kennis, ervaring en netwerk ten behoeve van Alerimus wil inzetten. Iemand die onder alle omstandigheden een goede balans weet te houden tussen betrokkenheid en bestuurlijke afstand. Spreekt jou dit aan? Dan gaan we graag met je in gesprek! Over de organisatie Alerimus is een zorgaanbieder in de Hoeksche Waard die ouderen thuis in de wijk of in de woon-zorglocaties de Open Waard in Oud-Beijerland en de Buitensluis in Numansdorp zorg biedt die is afgestemd op de persoonlijke situatie en behoefte van de cliënt. Nabijheid, vakmanschap en samen , deze drie kernwaarden zijn leidend in al het denken en handelen van Alerimus. Het is de manier waarop we werken aan betekenisvol leven. Met ruim 450 medewerkers en 270 vrijwilligers levert de organisatie kwalitatieve zorg en dienstverlening 'op maat' aan zo'n 1000 oudere cliënten. Daarbij gaat het veelal om ouderen (en hun naasten) die af en toe ondersteuning nodig hebben, maar ook om cliënten met een complexe intensieve 24-uurs zorgvraag. De vraag naar zorg voor ouderen groeit snel - en in de Hoeksche Waard nog sneller dan het landelijk gemiddelde - terwijl er landelijk en ook in de Hoeksche Waard steeds minder mensen beschikbaar zijn om aan deze vraag te voldoen.
