Uiterste reactiedatum: 18 oktober 2026 Een strategische rol met impact op de mentale gezondheid van Zuid-Limburg Dit is waarom de rol van Lid Raad van Toezicht voor jou interessant is Mondriaan zoekt een nieuw lid voor de Raad van Toezicht met een stevige achtergrond in de zorg en bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de geestelijke gezondheidszorg. Een ervaren toezichthouder of bestuurder die de wereld van cliënten en zorgprofessionals kent, maar tegelijkertijd met voldoende afstand en een brede maatschappelijke blik naar de organisatie en haar toekomst kijkt. Mondriaan werkt aan een mentaal gezondere samenleving. Dat doet zij in een omgeving waarin de vraag naar geestelijke gezondheidszorg groot is en toegankelijkheid niet vanzelfsprekend. Arbeidsmarktkrapte, veranderende zorgvragen en schaarse middelen vragen om andere manieren van organiseren en samenwerken. Steeds vaker vindt ondersteuning en behandeling plaats over de grenzen van organisaties en domeinen heen. Juist in Zuid-Limburg, waar de maatschappelijke opgaven groot zijn, vervult Mondriaan daarin een belangrijke rol. De organisatie werkt intensief samen met partners in zorg, welzijn, gemeenten en het sociaal domein en levert daarnaast cruciale en hoogspecialistische GGZ. Voor de Raad van Toezicht zoeken we een nieuw lid dat vanuit ruime zorginhoudelijke ervaring kan bijdragen aan de strategische vraagstukken van Mondriaan en een stevige gesprekspartner is voor bestuur en collega-toezichthouders. Over Mondriaan Mondriaan werkt aan een mentaal gezondere samenleving. Door tijdige ondersteuning, begeleiding en behandeling te bieden met focus op gezondheidsbevordering vergroten ze de mentale veerkracht en weerbaarheid van de mensen die hun hulp vragen.
