Het Gasthuis heeft twee locaties: één in het centrum van Amersfoort en één in de wijk Vathorst. Wij zijn er trots op dat we meer dan 600 jaar zorg bieden aan cliënten, woonachtig in Amersfoort en omstreken. PBG is een organisatie met een aanbod van wonen, zorg en welzijn met financiering vanuit de Wet Langdurige Zorg, de Zorgverzekeringswet en de WMO. De Raad van Toezicht bestaat uit vijf leden. Per december 2026 vertrekt, conform het rooster van aftreden, een lid van de Raad van Toezicht. Daarom is er een vacature ontstaan voor een: Lid Raad van Toezicht met aandachtsgebiedKwaliteit, Veiligheid en Innovatie De Raad van Toezicht heeft een toezichtvisie geformuleerd. Zij functioneert als een collegiale raad, waarbij discussies open worden gevoerd met respect voor elkaars standpunten. De Governancecode Zorg is de basis van waaruit de Raad van Toezicht uitvoering geeft aan haar toezichthouderschap. De leden van de Raad van Toezicht weten een goed evenwicht te bewaren tussen betrokkenheid en bestuurlijke afstand. Zij investeren in goede verstandhoudingen, zijn kritisch naar zichzelf en evalueren met regelmaat het eigen functioneren. Binnen de Raad van Toezicht is sprake van een informele cultuur en er wordt gestreefd naar een diverse samenstelling in leeftijd, achtergrond, gender en ervaring.
