Iemand die de inhoud van onze ondersteuning scherp houdt. Over GelijkGezond We zijn een kleine stichting met een grote ambitie. We zijn er voor inwoners voor wie het zorg- en ondersteuningssysteem niet goed genoeg werkt. Zij vallen vaak tussen wal en schip. Wij zetten doorbijters in. Dat zijn professionals die naast inwoners staan. Ze zoeken samen met hen een weg uit de problemen. En ze blijven ondersteunen zolang dat nodig is. Dat vraagt om een andere manier van betalen. Zorgverzekeraars en gemeenten betalen bij ons voor resultaat. Sociale investeerders financieren het werk vooraf. De afgelopen jaren hebben we onze werkwijze en financiering ontwikkeld. Sinds april 2026 versnellen we. Ons doel: de komende jaren 2.000 inwoners ondersteunen in vier gemeenten. De Raad van Toezicht De Raad van Toezicht houdt toezicht op de koers van GelijkGezond. De raad is werkgever van de Raad van Bestuur. En de raad denkt mee, gevraagd en ongevraagd. Onze raad telt nu drie leden: José Manshanden (voorzitter), Olivier Gerrits en Maria van den Muijsenbergh. Het bestuur bestaat uit Marcel Geurts, Esther van Gaalen en Joris van Eijck. We werken met een heldere toezichtvisie. En we sturen onszelf, met Holacracy als hulpmiddel.
