Zij verleent zorg aan ouderen in Nijmegen-Oost en staat voor een hoge kwaliteit van dienstverlening. OBG levert vanuit haar dienstencentrum verzorging en ondersteuning aan zelfstandig wonende ouderen, toegesneden op de specifieke behoeften van deze doelgroep; thuiszorg, dagbesteding, hulp in de huishouding, welzijn, preventie en informatie. In het voorjaar 2025 is de nieuwe woonzorglocatie De Vlier in gebruik genomen. Hier wonen mensen met dementie in een kleinschalige, veilige en huiselijke omgeving, in hun eigen appartement. De (dagelijkse) leiding van OBG is in handen van een directeur-bestuurder. Bij OBG werken ongeveer 180 beroepsmedewerkers en 160 vrijwilligers.
