Iedere locatie heeft een eigen 'couleur locale' maar gemeenschappelijk is het motto: 'U doet ertoe'. Persoonsgerichte zorg, jezelf kunnen zijn en betrokkenheid van de familie staan hoog in het vaandel bij alle locaties. WelThuis werkt hierin graag samen met haar cliëntenraden, die in nauw contact met de locatiemanager en de directeur, voortdurend op zoek zijn naar de best mogelijke kwaliteit van zorg. De lokale cliëntenradenBewoners van de locaties worden vertegenwoordigd in "lokale cliëntenraden". Iedere woonzorglocatie van WelThuis heeft een eigen, of een gecombineerde, lokale cliëntenraad. De raden hebben structureel overleg met de locatiemanagers. In dit overleg komen allerlei onderwerpen aan de orde die verband houden met de kwaliteit van zorg. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn dagbesteding, maaltijden,inrichting van de locatie en de zorginhoudelijke kwaliteit. Maar ook onderwerpen als verbouwing, nieuwbouw van de locatie of de benoeming van een nieuwe locatiemanager worden met de lokale raad besproken. Als lid van de cliëntenraad praat je mee en adviseer je in deze gesprekken vanuit het perspectief van de bewoners. De onderwerpen waarover de raad advies kan uitbrengen zijn vastgelegd in de Wet Medezeggenschap Cliënten Zorginstellingen (WMCZ). Binnen WelThuis hebben de lokale raden een belangrijke rol in de besteding van de extra financiën voor een zinvolle dagbesteding. LedenDe lokale cliëntenraad bestaat grotendeels uit bewoners of familie van de bewoner, wettelijke vertegenwoordigers of mensen die affiniteit hebben met de zorgverlening op de locatie van WelThuis. De leden zijn daarom nauw betrokken bij de woon-zorglocatie. Hierdoor worden eventuele verbeterpunten makkelijker gesignaleerd en met het manag...
