Lid Werkgroep Hypotheken Vind je het leuk om met vakgenoten verder te kijken dan jouw eigen afdeling of organisatie op het gebied van hypotheekprocessen? - Lid Werkgroep Hypotheken Voor de HDN Standaard werkgroep Hypotheken hebben wij een vacature open staan. Werkgroep Hypotheken: - één intermediair. Rol werkgroep De werkgroep bestaat uit een gebalanceerde vertegenwoordiging van ketenpartijen en heeft een consulterende en adviserende rol op het onderhoud van de berichtensoorten binnen de HDN Standaard. - De werkgroep Hypotheken is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en doorontwikkeling van de AX en MX Verzoeken tot wijzigingen in deze berichten of de hiermee samenhangende ketenafspraken worden altijd voorgelegd aan de werkgroep. Hiernaast adviseert de werkgroep ook over procedures rondom het beheer van de HDN Standaard. Naast deze werkgroep heeft HDN ook nog werkgroepen voor Verzekeren, Kredieten, Bankgaranties, Actief klantbeheer, Data, Techniek en Ontwikkeling en Certificeren. Wie zoeken we? Voor de werkgroep zoeken we vertegenwoordigers van HDN leden en gebruikers die een goed zicht hebben op de HDN-keten. Je hebt kennis nodig over hoe HDN binnen de eigen bedrijfsprocessen wordt gebruikt, maar ook hoe eventuele veranderingen de andere ketenpartijen raakt. Je moet een inschatting kunnen maken van de impact van veranderingen in de HDN Standaard en mogelijke optimalisaties kunnen signaleren. Te verwachten capaciteitsclaim De werkgroep overlegt online eens in de twee à drie maanden. Soms treft de groep elkaar ook fysiek bij ons op kantoor in De Meern. Ter voorbereiding moet je vaak stukken doornemen. Voor elke bijeenkomst is de besteding, inclusief voorbereiding, ongeveer een halve dag. Hiernaast worden wijzigingsverzoeken voorgelegd waarop je, vaak binnen een gestelde termijn, moet reageren. Afhankelijk van de grootte en de frequentie van de wijzigingsverzoeken moet je hier additioneel een aantal uren per maand voor reserver...
