The posting

Voor een warm en ondernemend gezin in Zomergem zijn we op zoek naar een liefdevolle en betrouwbare nanny die het gezin kan ondersteunen in het dagelijkse leven. De ouders zijn beiden actief in hun eigen zaak en kunnen daarom extra hulp goed gebruiken.

Het gezin bestaat uit mama, papa en hun dochtertje van 4jaar. Ze is een vrolijk, lief en meegaand zonnetje. Ze heeft autisme en praat momenteel nog niet, maar begrijpt goed wat er rondom haar gebeurt. Op haar eigen manier laat ze duidelijk weten wat ze nodig heeft.

Ze gaat drie keer per week naar de logopedie en heeft nood aan iemand die haar op een rustige, geduldige en warme manier kan begeleiden en stimuleren in haar ontwikkeling. Ze is aangenaam in de omgang, past zich gemakkelijk aan nieuwe situaties aan en heeft nood aan een vertrouwde omgeving met voldoende structuur en duidelijkheid.

Daarnaast zijn er twee heel lieve en rustige honden aanwezig in het gezin.

Wat ga je doen als nanny in dit gezin?

Je hebt een heel gevarieerd takenpakket waar enerzijds de zorg voor het dochtertje voorop staat en dit verder aangevuld met lichte huishoudelijke taken.

  • het dochtertje pedagogisch begeleiden en ondersteunen
  • samen spelen en activiteiten aanbieden die aansluiten bij haar ontwikkeling
  • haar stimuleren op een manier die past bij haar eigen tempo en interesses
  • structuur en rust bieden in het dagelijkse verloop
  • opruimen en de leefruimtes netjes houden
  • de was opvouwen en wegleggen
  • mee zorgen voor een georganiseerd huishouden
  • algemene praktische ondersteuning bieden aan het gezin

Koken is geen vereiste voor deze job. De focus ligt voornamelijk op de begeleiding van het dochtertje en het mee op orde houden van het huishouden.

Wij zoeken iemand met:

  • graag met jonge kinderen werkt en pedagogisch sterk is
  • rustig, geduldig en warm is in de omgang
  • ervaring heeft met kinderen; ervaring met autisme is een mooie troef
  • goed kan inspelen op de individuele noden van een kind
  • structuur en voorspelbaarheid kan bieden
  • zelfstandig werkt en initiatief neemt
  • betrouwbaar en verantwoordelijk is
  • discreet omgaat met de privacy en gewoontes van het gezin
  • flexibel is en goed kan aanvoelen wat het gezin nodig heeft
  • zich voor langere tijd wil engageren en een vertrouwensband wil opbouwen
  • geen schrik heeft voor hondjes

Het gezin zoekt vooral iemand op wie ze echt kunnen rekenen. Een nanny die met warmte en geduld aanwezig is, maar ook zelfstandig ziet wat er moet gebeuren.
