Verstärken Sie unseren Bereich Finanzen & Rechnungswesen

am Standort Hörsching als 1 Lieferantenmanager:in (SQA/SQE) Deine Aufgaben bei uns

* Führung von Qualitätsgesprächen auf Basis der Lieferantenbewertung

* Durchführung von Besuchen / Audits bei Bestands- und Neulieferanten (RPA, Prozess- und Produktaudits

sowie Kontrolle der Nachhaltigkeit von umgesetzten 8D-Aktivitäten)

* Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Reports

* Qualifikation von Lieferanten durch Einleiten geeigneter Maßnahmen und Projekte sowie die

Abnahme, Freigabe und das Überwachen von Prozessen beim Lieferanten

* Unterstützung bei der langfristigen Entwicklung von Lieferanten

* Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse & Tools (z.B. QSV, 4Box, RPA, 8D, PPAP, APQP,

PDP, Risikomanagement, Lieferanten-Beurteilung, ...)

* Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse

* Abhalten von Besprechungen sowie Ergebnispräsentationen

Das bringst Du mit

* Abgeschlossene, einschlägige technische Ausbildung

* Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit internationalen Lieferanten

* Gutes technisches Verständnis sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

* Gute IT - (SAP, SharePoint, Office) und Lean Management Kenntnisse wünschenswert

* Eigenständige sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Professionelles und positives Auftreten, Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft

* Hands on Mentalität, Hausverstand

* Hohe Lernbereitschaft

Bei Erfüllung oben genannter Kriterien bieten wir Ihnen ein wettbewerbsfähiges Jahresbruttogehalt im Kollektivvertrag Metalltechnische Industrie ab rund EUR 56.000,-- (zzgl. variablem Anteil von bis zu 10%). Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung gegeben.
