DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET:

> Verwalten aller Objekte und Liegenschaften unseres Unternehmens

> Verhandeln von Wartungs-, Service- und Dienstleistungsverträgen mit relevanten Anbietern

> Zentrale Steuerung des Brandschutzes, der Arbeitssicherheit und Gebäudesicherung

> Steuern der Technischen Notdienste

> Koordinieren von Neu- und Umbauten inkl. baurechtlicher Abwicklung

> Mitwirken bei der Instandhaltungs- und Investitionsplanung

> Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement

DEIN PROFIL:

> Lehr- bzw. Ausbildungsabschluss in einem technischen oder bautechnischen Beruf

> Führerschein B

> Berufserfahrung in ähnlichen Funktionen

> MS365-Kenntnisse

> Ausbildung zum Brandschutzbeauftragten und/oder zur Sicherheitsvertrauensperson

bzw. die Bereitschaft die Ausbildung zu absolvieren

> Grundlagenwissen im Baurecht, speziell Bauanträge oder die Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung

in das Thema
