Je doet ervaring op met verschillende productiestappen en lost technische problemen zelfstandig op. Voor deze functie geldt een salaris van €2600 tot €4500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en verantwoordelijkheden. Helmond biedt een stabiele werkplek met kansen om je technisch te ontwikkelen en bij te dragen aan veilige en betrouwbare productieprocessen. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en bewaakt een productielijn binnen de verpakkings- of bereidingsafdeling. - Je stuurt een klein team aan en zorgt dat taken duidelijk worden verdeeld en uitgevoerd. - Je voert structureel controles uit zoals gas- en metaaldetectie en rapporteert afwijkingen direct aan de teamleider. - Je houdt machines operationeel door instelwerk te doen en kleine storingsoplossingen uit te voeren. - Je ziet toe op orde, hygiëne, Arbo en productveiligheid en neemt waar nodig corrigerende maatregelen. - Je werkt op meerdere productielijnen met verpakkings- en vulsystemen, meestal semi-geautomatiseerd en PLC-gestuurd met HMI-bediening. - Je stelt machines zelfstandig in bij productwissels en draagt volledige lijnverantwoordelijkheid tijdens de dienst, waarbij je eenvoudige mechanische storingen en vastlopers zelf verhelpt en complexere technische storingen me.

- MBO Elektrotechniek of MBO Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving. - Aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen van een klein team. - Kennis van productveiligheid, hygiëne en Arbo-regelgeving. - Praktische technische vaardigheden voor instellen en onderhouden van machines. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en een gestructureerde werkhouding.
