Je werkt met moderne machines en ziet direct resultaat van je werk. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Met 28% ploegentoeslag werk je bovendien onder aantrekkelijke voorwaarden. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt mee aan de productie van frisdranken die dagelijks op grote schaal worden geproduceerd. Op de productielijn zorg jij ervoor dat flessen en blikjes soepel worden gevuld, verpakt en klaargemaakt voor transport. Je houdt de machines scherp in de gaten en stuurt bij waar nodig. Loopt een lijn vast of wijkt het proces af? Dan kom jij in actie. Met jouw technische inzicht houd je de productie op tempo. Jouw werkzaamheden - Bedienen, instellen en bijregelen van productielijnen voor frisdrank; - Controleren van het vul-, verpakkings- en productieproces; - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van frisdranken en verpakkingen; - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen; - Ombouwen en afstellen van machines bij verschillende frisdrankproducten; - Uitvoeren van controles en eerstelijns onderhoud; - Schoon en veilig houden van de productielijn; - Registreren van productiegegevens en bijzonderheden; - Samenwerken met collega's om de productie van frisdranken soepel te laten verlopen. Wat heb jij in huis? - Een mbo-opleiding in procestechniek, mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting; - 2 jaar ervaring als operator, lijnoperator of machinebediende. - Je hebt technisch inzicht en vindt het interessant om met geautomatiseerde productielijnen te werken; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor voedselveiligheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne; - Je blijft rustig bij een storing en weet snel tot een oplossing te komen; - Je bent praktisch ingesteld en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw productielijn; - Je bent bereid om in 4 ploegen te werken. ...
