Jouw uitdaging

Als Lijnverantwoordelijke Inpak zorg je ervoor dat de verpakkingslijn optimaal draait en de vooropgestelde productieplanning gerealiseerd wordt. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, begeleidt medewerkers en grijpt in wanneer technische of operationele problemen zich voordoen.

Jouw taken:

  • Opstarten, instellen en omstellen van de verpakkingslijn.
  • Zorgen dat de juiste verpakkingsmaterialen beschikbaar zijn.
  • Controleren van de goede werking van machines en installaties (etikettering, metaaldetectie, verpakkingsmateriaal, enz.).
  • Oplossen van kleine technische storingen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en opvolgen van kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van inpakmedewerkers.
  • Onthalen en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Actief meewerken aan de productielijn om de continuïteit te garanderen.
  • Toezien op orde, netheid, veiligheid en hygiëne op de werkvloer.

Wij zoeken een medewerker die zowel mensgericht als resultaatgericht is en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring in de voedingssector is een sterke troef.
  • Technische affiniteit en interesse in productieprocessen.
  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden en voldoende assertiviteit.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
  • Bereidheid om machines, producten en processen grondig te leren kennen.
  • Respect voor de geldende hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
