The posting

Wil jij leidinggeven in een moderne productieomgeving in Emmen, met een goed salaris en volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen?

Wat ga je doen? Als lijncoördinator ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de productielijn. Je zorgt dat het werk goed loopt, collega's weten wat ze moeten doen en de kwaliteit hoog blijft. Je houdt van aanpakken, denkt vooruit en steekt zelf ook graag de handen uit de mouwen.

Je gaat onder andere:

- Een team van productiemedewerkers aansturen en begeleiden; - De voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid van de productielijn bewaken; - Productiemachines instellen, ombouwen en afstellen; - Kleine technische storingen oplossen; - Toezien op HACCP-, hygiëne- en veiligheidsregels; - Collega's ondersteunen en samenwerken met de productieleiding; - Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces.

Het gaat om een uitzendfunctie met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. Je werkt in dagdienst van 07.30 tot 16.30 uur.

Wat bieden wij? Bij deze functie krijg je niet alleen verantwoordelijkheid, maar ook goede voorwaarden:

- Een bruto maandsalaris van €3.500 tot €3.800; - Werken in dagdienst van 07.30 tot 16.30 uur; - Een winstuitkering van 3% over je bruto jaarinkomen; - 15 vakantiedagen en 15 ATV-dagen; - €0,23 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer; - Trainingen en volop mogelijkheden om door te groeien; - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een groeiend productiebedrijf in Emmen. Hier wordt dagelijks gemaksvoeding geproduceerd, zoals hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hotdogs en kipburgers voor bekende supermarkten in Nederland.

De werksfeer is nuchter, informeel en collegiaal. Je krijgt een goede inwerkperiode en volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen.
