Jij draagt bij aan efficiënte processen, volgt kwaliteitsstandaarden en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen om verspilling te reduceren. De productie werkt in twee ploegendiensten, wat zorgt voor stabiliteit en continuïteit. Medewerkers worden gestimuleerd verbeteringen voor te stellen en krijgen toegang tot een online trainingsplatform om vaardigheden te versterken. Functie-inhoud - Je stuurt en bedient productielijnen om productieplanningen en KPI's te halen. - Je controleert en waarborgt productkwaliteit en voert HACCP-controles uit. - Je signaleert en verhelpt procesafwijkingen en voert eerste onderhoud en storingsanalyses uit. - Je leidt, instrueert en begeleidt collega’s en draagt bij aan opleidingsactiviteiten op de werkvloer. - Je werkt actief mee aan verbeterprojecten om verspilling te reduceren en procesveiligheid te verhogen. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten, ombouwen en instellen van verpakkings- en vullijnen, voert eenvoudige mechanische storingen en jam-detectie zelfstandig uit en schakelt technische dienst in bij complexe storingen. Functie-eisen - Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau 3. - Minimaal twee jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur binnen de food-sector. - Kennis van HACCP, hygiëne en voedselveil.
