Om onze productie verder uit te bouwen, zijn we op zoek naar een Lijnoperator Productie die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, technisch inzicht combineert met people skills en energie krijgt van een goed draaiende productielijn. Als Lijnoperator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse verloop van de productie op jouw lijn. Je bewaakt de werking van de machines, houdt de kwaliteit in het oog en zorgt ervoor dat je team efficiënt en veilig kan werken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Instaan voor een continue, efficiënte en veilige productie.
  • De productielijn opvolgen en waar nodig bijsturen.
  • Storingen en stilstanden zoveel mogelijk voorkomen.
  • Eenvoudige technische problemen zelfstandig analyseren en oplossen.
  • Complexere storingen tijdig melden en actief meedenken over duurzame oplossingen.
  • Toezien op de naleving van kwaliteits-, hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de orde, netheid en veiligheid van jouw productielijn.
  • Medewerkers ondersteunen, begeleiden en motiveren.
  • Collega's coachen en ervoor zorgen dat iedereen weet wat er van hen verwacht wordt.
  • Zelf actief meewerken wanneer de productie daarom vraagt.

Je bent een enthousiaste teamleader die techniek en mensen weet te combineren.

  • Hebt interesse in machines, productielijnen en technische installaties.
  • Krijgt voldoening uit het begeleiden, coachen en motiveren van collega's.
  • Bent hands-on en steekt zelf graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Werkt proactief en ziet waar processen beter of efficiënter kunnen.
  • Bent stressbestendig en kan snel schakelen wanneer zich problemen voordoen.
  • Bent flexibel ingesteld, zowel wat takenpakket als werkuren betreft.
  • Bent bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken.
  • Kan vlot met een computer overweg.
  • Spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en voedselhygiëne.

Ervaring als teamleader, lijnverantwoordelijke of binnen een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen. Ook wanneer je technisch sterk bent en klaar bent voor een volgende stap richting leidinggeven, maken we graag kennis met jou.
