Als Lijnoperator bij Peka Kroef in Cuijk ben jij de spil van het verpakkings- en productieproces. Samen met je ploeg zorg je dat de verse kwaliteitsproducten soepel door de lijn lopen en direct klaarstaan voor supermarkten en horeca door heel Europa. In deze rol zit je niet stil: jij bedient de machines, signaleert afwijkingen vóórdat ze een probleem worden en lost kleine technische storingen zelfstandig op. Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een veilige, schone en strak georganiseerde werkplek. Jouw kerntaken: - Instellen, ombouwen en optimaal laten draaien van moderne verpakkings- en productielijnen. - Bewaken van het totale proces en uitvoeren van kwaliteits- en hygiënecontroles. - Snel signaleren en zelfstandig verhelpen van eerstelijns storingen. - Uitvoeren van klein preventief en eerstelijns onderhoud aan het machinepark. - Registreren van productiedata en proactief meedenken over procesoptimalisaties. Functie-eisen Je hebt een passie voor techniek en houdt van aanpakken in een dynamische productieomgeving. Je blijft rustig bij een storing, denkt in oplossingen en werkt graag nauw samen met je teamgenoten. - Niveau: Mbo werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur richting procestechniek, VAPRO of werktuigbouwkunde). - Ervaring: Relevante ervaring als operator of lijnoperator in de food- of maakindustrie. - Technisch inzicht: Affiniteit met geautomatiseerde productielijnen en het zelfstandig verhelpen van kleine storingen. - Rooster: Bereid...
