The posting

Het bedrijf in Zeewolde waar je als lijnoperator aan de slag gaat, is gespecialiseerd in de productie van plastic korrels die als grondstof dienen voor diverse producten bij verschillende ondernemingen. In de fabriek richten ze zich op de productie van hoogwaardige korrels, die gebruikt worden voor zowel de medische sector als de industriële sector.

Dit ga je doen: - Beheersen en controleren van het productieproces; - Bedienen en instellen van machines.

Als operator bedien je de machine die het mengsel tot korrels maakt en het eindproduct in zakken verpakt.

Je gaat werken in de 3-ploegen. De dagdienst is van 6:00 tot 14:00, de middagdienst is van 14:00 tot 22:00 en de nachtdienst is van 22:00 tot 6:00. Wie zoeken wij:- Je hebt ervaring als operator / lijnoperator in de productie; - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar om te werken in de 3-ploegen; - Je woont in regio Zeewolde en kan zelf op de zaak komen; - Je spreekt Nederlands i.v.m. werk- en veiligheidsinstructie.

Wat bieden wij jou:- Salaris van lijnoperator tussen de € 2.800,- en € 3.000,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring in de productie; - 21% ploegentoeslag bovenop jouw loon; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Pensioenopbouw bij StiPP pensioenfonds; - Een roulerende functie waarbij je iedere week op een andere afdeling staat; - Uitzicht op een vast contract bij het bedrijf.
