Jij werkt aan verpakkingslijnen en volgt vastgestelde werkinstructies en kwaliteitsboeken zoals HACCP. De productieomgeving vraagt om nauwkeurigheid, hygiënisch werken en aandacht voor zowel kwalitatieve als kwantitatieve doelstellingen. Jij krijgt trainingen on the job en opleidingen om vakinhoudelijke en technische vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en door te groeien binnen de organisatie. De functie is ingericht in een 3-ploegensysteem en er is aandacht voor veiligheid en ergonomie op de werkplek. Functie-inhoud - Jij voert en bewaakt een deel van het verpakkingsproces. - Jij bedient en stelt verpakkingslijnen in om de geplande productie te realiseren. - Jij controleert de kwaliteit van producten en waarborgt hygiëne en HACCP-normen. - Jij signaleert en verhelpt kleine storingen en ondersteunt bij omschakelingen van de lijn. - Jij zorgt voor het naleven van werkinstructies en draagt bij aan een veilige en georganiseerde werkplek. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau of VMBO met praktijkervaring. - Ervaring in de levensmiddelenindustrie is een pré. - Bereidheid om in 3-ploegendienst te werken. - Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Hygiënisch werken en kennis van HACCP-voorschriften of bereidheid deze te leren. - Enthousiasme, flexibiliteit en een oplossingsgerichte houding. - Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan opleidingen en veiligheidsinstructies. Wij bieden - Salaris: €2600 - €4000 per maand. - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar. - Ploegentoeslag voor 3-ploegendienst. - Mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke groei en opleidingen. - Opleidingen en on-the-job training. - Reiskostenvergoeding volgens bedrijfspolicy.
