Lijnoperator Inpak

Voor onze productielocatie in Almere zoeken wij een ervaren Lijnoperator Inpak, die meer wil dan alleen een lijn draaien. Iemand die eigenaarschap neemt, kansen ziet en de inpakafdeling helpt klaarstomen voor verdere groei.

De komende periode staat in het teken van ontwikkeling, optimalisatie en voorbereiding op de drukke najaarsperiode. Daarom zoeken wij een operator die niet afwacht, maar initiatief toont. Jij zorgt ervoor dat processen slimmer verlopen, collega's goed worden begeleid en de afdeling elke dag een stap vooruit zet.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Lijnoperator Inpak ben jij de drijvende kracht op de inpakafdeling. Je bewaakt niet alleen het proces, maar zorgt er ook voor dat het team optimaal kan presteren.

- Verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, instellen en bewaken van de inpaklijn

- Signaleren en verhelpen van storingen en afwijkingen

- Coördineren en begeleiden van medewerkers aan de lijn

- Verbeteren van werkprocessen, efficiëntie en output

- Bewaken van kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid

- Zorgen voor structuur, overzicht en een soepel productieproces

- Actief bijdragen aan de voorbereiding op piekperiodes en verdere groei

- Ervaring als operator, bij voorkeur binnen food, productie of procesindustrie

- Technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen

- Leiderschapskwaliteiten en het vermogen om collega's mee te nemen

- Stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om snel te schakelen

- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
