The posting

Als lijnoperator ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de verpakkingsplanning. Je zorgt ervoor dat de verpakkingslijnen optimaal draaien, stelt machines correct in en bewaakt zowel het proces als de kwaliteit van het eindproduct.

Je bent niet alleen bezig met de dagelijkse productie, maar denkt ook actief mee over hoe machines en processen nog beter en efficiënter kunnen functioneren.

  • Samen met je collega's zorgen voor een correcte uitvoering van de verpakkingsplanning.
  • Ombouwen en gebruiksklaar maken van de verpakkingslijnen.
  • Instellen en bedienen van de verschillende verpakkingsmachines.
  • Controleren en bijsturen van het verpakkingsproces.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van het eindproduct.
  • Zorgen voor een constante aanvoer van verpakkings- en inpakmaterialen.
  • Verwisselen van verpakkingsmaterialen bij product- of verpakkingswissels.
  • Storingen tijdig signaleren en actie ondernemen om productiestilstanden te beperken.
  • Verzamelen en correct registreren van productie- en procesgegevens.
  • Bijdragen aan het onderhoud en de goede werking van het machinepark.
  • Actief zoeken naar mogelijkheden om het productie- en verpakkingsproces te verbeteren.
  • Formuleren van optimalisatievoorstellen.
  • Actief deelnemen aan verbeterteams en projecten rond continue verbetering.
  • Mee waken over veiligheid, kwaliteit, orde en netheid op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt ervaring als operator, lijnoperator of binnen een gelijkaardige productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en voelt je comfortabel bij het instellen en ombouwen van machines.
  • Je bent flexibel en proactief ingesteld.
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet af wanneer je een probleem opmerkt.
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en wil jezelf verder ontwikkelen.
  • Je denkt graag mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties.
  • Ervaring met TPM of andere verbetertechnieken is een sterke troef.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vlot.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 5-ploegenstelsel.
