Lijnoperator Voeding 2-ploegen

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een bedrijf in Tessenderlo zijn we op zoek naar een lijnoperator om te werken in 2 ploegen!

Takenpakket:

  • Je beheert zelfstandig meerdere afvullijnen en bent verantwoordelijk voor een vlot productieproces.
  • Je bedient en controleert verpakkingsmachines en afvullijnen.
  • Je stelt afvulprogramma's correct in en voert de THT-gegevens in.
  • Je zorgt voor het automatisch afvullen en verpakken van producten en controleert de metaaldetectie en checkweigher.
  • Je begeleidt medewerkers aan de lijn en geeft duidelijke werkinstructies.
  • Je bouwt machines om en maakt productielijnen productieklaar.
  • Je spoort kleine technische storingen op en lost deze zelfstandig op.
  • Je voert eerstelijnsonderhoud en kwaliteitscontroles uit.
  • Je vult verpakkingsmaterialen en grondstoffen tijdig aan.
  • Je verzorgt referentiewissels, inclusief het reinigen van de lijn en het wisselen van labels en verpakkingen.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt ervaring als lijnoperator of in een gelijkaardige functie binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met verpakkingslijnen is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt oog voor voedselveiligheid, arbeidsveiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk en neemt initiatief.
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende capaciteiten en kan een team aansturen.
  • Je denkt mee in functie van rendement en efficiëntie.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands goed.
  • Fysiek werk en het hanteren van lasten vormen voor jou geen probleem.
