Ervaring als operator in voeding en technisch voldoende sterk om een productielijn zelf in handen te nemen? Als lijnoperator stel je de lijn correct in, bewaak je het productieproces en grijp je in bij kleine storingen. Je combineert techniek met kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt bij een groeiend voedingsbedrijf dat desserts produceert met moderne productieapparatuur. Jij zorgt ervoor dat jouw productielijn correct draait en dat het eindproduct aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen voldoet.

• Je bedient en stelt de productielijn correct in

• Je volgt het productieproces van dichtbij op

• Je controleert de kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid tijdens de productie

• Je voert de nodige controles uit en registreert productiegegevens

• Je merkt afwijkingen tijdig op en onderneemt actie

• Je lost kleinere technische storingen zelf op

• Je meldt grotere problemen correct zodat ze verder aangepakt kunnen worden

• Je ondersteunt collega's waar nodig

• Je bewaakt orde, netheid en hygiëne rond de productielijn

• Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor een vlotte werking van jouw lijn

Je bent hier dus meer dan iemand die een machine start en stopt. Er wordt verwacht dat je begrijpt wat er op je lijn gebeurt, afwijkingen herkent en zelf ingrijpt waar dat binnen je technische kennis mogelijk is.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring, waaronder ervaring binnen de voedingssector

• Je hebt ervaring met het bedienen en instellen van productielijnen

• Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en kunt kleine storingen zelf aanpakken

• Je kent het belang van kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt initiatief wanneer dat nodig is

• Je kunt zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor je lijn

• Je werkt tegelijk vlot samen met collega's
