The posting

Als Lijntechnieker zorg jij ervoor dat de verpakkingslijnen vlot en efficiënt draaien. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig omstellen van verpakkingsmachines en het vervangen van formaatstukken. Daarbij ondersteun je bij het opstarten en afregelen van de lijnen en zorg je ervoor dat alles volgens de juiste kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen verloopt.

Op een doorsnee dag start je met het controleren van de machines en het voorbereiden van de lijnen voor productie. Je voert preventief onderhoud uit, smeert en reinigt kritische onderdelen en signaleert tijdig eventuele defecten of technische problemen. Je vult stellijsten correct in en registreert belangrijke procesgegevens. Je werkt nauw samen met de productie, onderhoud en andere interne afdelingen om alles optimaal te laten verlopen.

Heb je een passie voor techniek en sleutel je graag aan machines? Ben je graag bezig in een omgeving waar kwaliteit en veiligheid centraal staan? Solliciteer dan snel en maak het verschil als Lijntechnieker!

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding (TSO/BSO) gevolgd, liefst in mechanica of elektromechanica.
  • Je bent mechanisch sterk en sleutelt graag aan machines.
  • Je beschikt over basiskennis elektriciteit en sensortechnologie.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring in de farmaceutische sector of kennis van GMP-richtlijnen is een mooie extra.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan technische fiches goed begrijpen.
  • Je kan werken met MS Office; ervaring met onderhoudssystemen is een troef.
  • Je bent bereid om in een twee ploegensysteem te werken (vroege-late).
  • Je werkt zelfstandig én graag in team.
  • Je bent leergierig, nauwkeurig en communicatief.
