Als verantwoordelijke voor een productiezones binnen de snijzalen sta jij centraal op de werkvloer. Jij zorgt dat alles in jouw zone soepel, veilig en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Met aandacht voor zowel planning als medewerkers geef je leiding aan jouw team en bewaak je de voortgang van de productie.

Wat doe je?

  • Je plant en coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in jouw zone
  • Je stimuleert en ondersteunt je collega’s zodat zij optimaal kunnen presteren
  • Je houdt toezicht op hygiëne, veiligheid en het welzijn van het team, en ziet toe op de naleving van alle procedures
  • Je bewaakt de productie- en kwaliteitsdoelen en stuurt bij waar dat nodig is
  • Je signaleert snel onregelmatigheden of obstakels en pakt deze direct aan
  • Je stemt af met andere zoneverantwoordelijken en de productiemanager om samen tot het beste resultaat te komen
  • Je denkt mee over mogelijke verbeteringen en draagt bij aan het efficiënter en beter maken van werkprocessen

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt ervaring opgedaan binnen productie, bij voorkeur in de foodsector of vleesindustrie
  • Je beschikt over sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en weet goed te organiseren
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en kunt snel en doordacht beslissingen nemen
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne
  • Je blijft rustig en effectief presteren wanneer het er druk aan toe gaat
  • Je communiceert helder en weet collega’s te enthousiasmeren en aan te moedigen
  • Je beheerst Nederlands, Engels én Frans
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en hebt geen moeite met wisselende werktijden; dit is geen klassiek 9-tot-5 functie
