Voor een industriële speler zoeken we een lijnverantwoordelijke die operationele vlotheid weet te combineren met een scherp oog voor kwaliteit. Binnen deze organisatie ligt de focus op het optimaliseren van productieprocessen voor uiteenlopende toepassingen.

In deze rol stuur je de productielijn aan, coördineer je de operatoren en zorg je ervoor dat de processen efficiënt en correct verlopen. Je grijpt in bij technische storingen en volgt de kwaliteitscontrole van dichtbij op.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Stel de machines correct in om te produceren volgens opdracht en specificaties
  • Bewaak de kwaliteitsnormen zoals vermeld op de klantenfiche, registreer kwaliteits- en productiegegevens en meld afwijkingen aan de shiftleader
  • Zorg voor een nette werkpost en voer 5S-activiteiten uit zoals voorzien in het plan
  • Volg strikt de veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieurichtlijnen
  • Met jouw reflex om veilig te werken en oog voor orde, netheid, kwaliteit en milieu draag je actief bij aan een zorgvuldige werkomgeving
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht, terwijl je vlot functioneert in een team en open communiceert met collega’s
  • Leergierigheid en technisch inzicht typeren jou, waardoor je voluit gaat voor interne opleiding en vernieuwing
