Dit familiebedrijf is in volle groei en heeft jarenlange ervaring in het versnijden en verwerken van schuim tot afgewerkte producten.

  • Versnijding van schuim gebeurt door ervaren medewerkers in de productiehal.
  • Afwerking gebeurt in het confectie-atelier.
  • Verzending gebeurt door eigen chauffeurs.

Het bedrijf levert versneden schuim en afgewerkte producten aan zorgverstrekkers, stoffeerders, groothandel en particulieren, onder meer voor de zorgsector en stoffering.

Jobomschrijving

Je coördineert de dagelijkse werking op de werkvloer en stuurt een team van 8 medewerkers aan om productie- en leveringsdoelstellingen te halen.

  • Start elke dag met het team om de planning te overlopen, taken te verdelen en prioriteiten vast te leggen.
  • Werkt actief mee in magazijn, productie en atelier om de uitvoering te ondersteunen en processen goed te leren kennen.
  • Houdt toezicht op orde, efficiëntie en continuïteit van het productieproces en bewaakt de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Fungeert als contactpersoon tussen de werkvloer en de commerciële dienst en stemt de uitvoering af op de afspraken.
  • Beheert het voorraad- en stockagesysteem, controleert de goederenontvangst en stuurt de chauffeur aan voor laden en leveringen.

  • Ervaring in productie, atelier of magazijn is een pluspunt; motivatie om bij te leren en te groeien is belangrijk.
