In de vaste nachtploeg ben jij de spilfiguur op onze inpakafdeling van diepvriesgroenten. Als machineoperator, inpakoperator of bediener van de verpakkingslijn zorg je ervoor dat het volledige verpakkingsproces én de verpakkingsmachines vlekkeloos draaien. Samen met je collega-operators, techniekers en de teamleider werk je in een ultramoderne, dynamische werkomgeving waarin kwaliteit en veiligheid centraal staan.

Opleiding en ervaring: Je beschikt over een BSO/A2-diploma (of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring als operator, inpakker of productiemedewerker) en hebt bij voorkeur minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie als verpakkingsoperator, lijnoperator of procesoperator in de voedingssector.

Vaardigheden:

  • Sterk organisatiewijzer en helder inzicht in industriële en logistieke processen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden om vlot te schakelen met bevoorraders, heftruckchauffeurs en de ploegbaas.
  • Oplossingsgericht vermogen om storingen snel en efficiënt aan te pakken.

Specifieke vereisten:

  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Ervaring met het bedienen van gekoppelde installaties en besturingspanelen is een grote plus.
  • Flexibele en kwaliteitsbewuste werkhouding met strikte naleving van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en HACCP-voorschriften.
  • Bereidheid om in een vast nachtstelsel (nachtploeg/nachtdienst) te werken.

Lijnbeheer en machinstelling: Zelfstandig instellen, opstarten en bijsturen van de verpakkingslijn, afvulmachines en de automatische stapelaar voor een optimaal rendement.

Proces- en kwaliteitscontrole: Uitvoeren van continue kwaliteitschecks (gewicht, etikettering, folie, bedrukking) en uitvoeren van metaaldetectiecontroles op het verpakt product.

Operational excellence & storingen: Eerste-lijns storingen verhelpen op de lijn, recepten instellen/afhalen en bij complexere technische problemen snel communiceren met de technische dienst.

Afstemming & veiligheid: Nauw samenwerken met het team aan de verpakkingslijn (onder meer heftruckbestuurders en inpakhelpers) en de veiligheids- en hygiëneprocedures nauwgezet opvolgen.
