Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf in notenverpakking zoeken wij een Productie-Operator/Lijnverantwoordelijke die wil meebouwen aan een efficiënt en kwaliteitsgericht productieproces.

Of je nu net start op de arbeidsmarkt of al enkele jaren ervaring hebt in productie: bij ons krijg je opleiding, ondersteuning en doorgroeikansen. Als Productie-Operator werk je in een moderne verpakkingsomgeving met geavanceerde machines. Je zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces vlot verloopt en dat elk product voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Instellen, bedienen en bijstellen van geautomatiseerde verpakkings- en inpakmachines
  • Toezicht houden op de kwaliteit en conformiteit van de verpakte producten
  • Oplossen van kleine technische storingen en uitvoeren van basis onderhoudswerkzaamheden
  • Actief meewerken aan een vlotte productieplanning en procesoptimalisatie
  • Samenwerken met collega-operatoren en teamleaders om productiedoelstellingen te behalen
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplek volgens hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften

Je hebt een eerste werkervaring in een productieomgeving achter de rug, bij voorkeur binnen de groenten en fruit.

  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Affiniteit met techniek en productieprocessen.
  • Oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om in ploegendiensten te werken indien nodig.
